You selected mainly C’s - You only like one form of the six-pack
Lets be honest you are not into fitness at all, in fact exercise is a banned word in your house. A challenge for you is getting past the sports shop on the high street without breaking out into a nervous sweat. However, you are a very caring and generous person and you do want to support Spoon. But you are probably right in thinking that it would be best to do it via other means. So why not sign up for a dinner event or show your support at a golf day or rugby match where the emphasis is having fun while fundraising. Maybe the fitness bug will attack you in the future. You know where Spoon is when you think you are ready for that challenge!

Suitable for those with average fitness who enjoy being part of a team, working hard but also playing hard when it’s all over. The Spoon BikeFest is also ideal for you and your family and friends, a perfect day out, just as you like it. The challenge for you will be to take out as much as you put in through your energetic fundraising and infectious drive to enjoy yourself while helping others.
